Just submit your request via a dedicated GitHub repository, and our team will handle it swiftly.

Who can benefit from DevOps On-Demand?

How long does it take to complete a request?

Standard requests on average are completed within 48 hours. Complex or customized solutions may require additional time, and we’ll provide an estimated completion time for such requests.

What happens after I subscribe to DevOps On-Demand by Webera?

Once you complete your subscription, a Customer Success Manager will contact you in less then a business day to schedule a kick-off call. During this initial phase, we’ll create a dedicated GitHub repository for collaboration, evaluate parts of your infrastructure for external monitoring, and if needed, set up a 1Password shared vault (Pro/Elite) for secure credential storage. We’ll also establish communication and escalation channels tailored to your needs, including a shared Slack channel for Elite subscribers. With DevOps On-Demand, you’re starting a partnership aimed at accelerating your business with unlimited, tailored DevOps solutions.
