Webera Self-Assessment

Where does your team actually sit on the agentic DevOps maturity model?

On April 15, 2026, Microsoft published DevOps Playbook for the Agentic Era — a position paper defining the maturity model for software delivery in a world where agents open pull requests, propose infrastructure changes, and ship code alongside humans.

This assessment scores your team across the six dimensions Microsoft named. It takes about eight minutes. It will tell you your level, name your bottleneck dimension, and give you a 90-day action list — whether or not you ever speak to us.

We score honestly. Your overall level is your weakest dimension, not your average. Microsoft's framing is explicit: agents amplify whatever they operate within. A team with Level 3 testing and Level 1 security is a Level 1 risk profile, and we will tell you so.

What you'll be scored on

  • ·
CI/CD pipelines. Automated build, test, and deploy with consistent execution across environments.
  • ·
Automated testing. Unit, integration, and end-to-end tests that run on every pull request with meaningful coverage.
  • ·
Infrastructure as code. All environments provisioned through version-controlled templates with drift detection.
  • ·
Security scanning. Dependency scanning, secret detection, provenance verification, compliance frameworks.
  • ·
Branch protection & governance. Required reviews, status checks, agent attribution, audit trails.
  • ·
Observability & production maturity. Logging, monitoring, alerting, mean time to recovery, runbook discipline.
